LOVED this little bit of baked goodies heaven here on earth! Earned their 2016 Bon Appetit Top 10 Bakeries in the U.S. award! Traveling here on business, made sure to stop in...everything tried was wonderful. Special mention: thumbs up for the Chocolate chip cookies. Usually not given enough attention in any bakery, but PB's were worth the trip alone. Continued best wishes for their success!

I was staying in the area for Dragon Con and Proof was recommended to me by my hosts. The place was spotless, the staff well-versed in all creations and answered my many, many questions with patience and enthusiasm. No treacly insincere perkiness, just welcoming, warm, genuine, top-notch customer service.



I had the best breakfast sandwich of my life there in the well-lit, airy interior, refueling me for the day but also insisting I take time to appreciate all the nuances of textures and flavors in this simple delight.

I go to Proof Bakeshop on a regular basis. We have also held several presentations there for Urban Explorers of Atlanta. The food and service are consistently outstanding.

Favorite local bake shop. Never tried anything there I didn’t love. Quiche is fabulous, sandwiches are wonderful, and take your pick from the delicious pastry!

Not your mother's Waffle House. The atmosphere here is quiet with customers taping away at their notebooks or phones. Very clean and you bust your own dishes. The flaky pastry are awesome. Just be prepared a lot for what you get.
