So, I stumbled upon Railway Cafe, Inc in 210 N Palestine St, Athens, Texas 75751, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.
