We love our weekly food delivery from ReMARKable Affairs. They work with us to create food that the picky eaters of our family will like and eat -- which is a reMARKable feat! We enjoy the variety and flexibility of our weekly food plan. It also frees up the grocery shopping and meal preparation time for family time!

We had a 'movie themed' wedding and reception at an old theater in Grapevine, TX. Chef Mark and his team work with us to provide a truly first class experience for our guests. From passed appetizers with cheese bar, to a full sit down meal featuring excellently prepared food, their attention to detail was immaculate. Hands down the most professional catering company I have ever worked with. Chef Mark is a true pro who prides himself in excellence and over the top service.

Remarkable Affairs Catering prepared the meal for my daughter's wedding earlier this month, and Chef Mark, along with his crew, did an amazing job! They provided a plated meal that was served efficiently by a friendly, yet professional staff. The meal was not only fresh and warm, it was absolutely delicious. We received numerous compliments from our 140+ guests who were expecting the typical wedding meal, but were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and its elegant presentation. The passed hors d'oeuvres were over the top--you need to try the bacon-wrapped figs! He also provided the bartenders, and his partner Leslie created the signature cocktails for the bride and groom. They were such a hit that not a drop was left at the end of the night. Mark even let us use his cafe as the drop-off (Friday)/pick-up (Monday) site for some rentals that saved us $100s in weekend delivery charges. And at the end of service, Mark's staff re-packed all of my vintage china and stemware and loaded it onto the u-haul truck. In fact, Mark and Leslie stayed until very end, helping clean up and load our extensive decorations. I highly recommend Remarkable Affairs for catering your next event. He and his staff will strive to make your vision come to life and your event truly special.

Mark, Leslie and their team were amazing. From the first step to the last, Mark took steps to ensure he explained our options and the value for the price! The food was impeccable and we've received a ton of compliments from our wedding guests as to how good it was! We did not want to serve typical "wedding food" but wanted to treat our guests to a fantastic meal and ReMARKable Affairs did that for us! Mark went well over and beyond in providing a great meal. He even served us (the bride and groom) separately to make sure we were able to eat as well - which was a lifesaver because in all the hustle we both missed lunch. And breakfast. :) Thank you ReMarkable Affairs!!!! <3

I want to thank my friend for thinking I'm a super mom but I'd also Like to thank Mark for the amazing dinner my children and I received last Wednesday. My son whom is extremely picky enjoyed every bit of our meal. He is not too fond of cooked vegetables but he ate all of his carrots and yellow squash. It was amazing!!

I had a last minute shindig come up at my home with one of the nation's most prominent non-profit CEOs coming in. I needed someone I could pass the task on to and to be able to rely on them to provide excellent, professional service to my guests as well as providing rentals and food for my event. Remarkable Affairs did not disappoint. They arrived on-time, set up quickly and even creatively used some of the extra flowers from my florist that were going to be discarded. Everything was beautiful and I did not have to lift a finger. It means a lot for me to be able to turn a project over to someone and know they are going to do a great job for me. I was very happy with the way my last-minute event was handled. The guests all raved about it, too!

Chef Mark and his team were spectacular from first contact to last goodbyes. My wife and I are not the party planning type and relied heavily on his experience. We were aiming for fancy casual. Think bow ties and mustaches. We are not a "traditional" couple and Chef Mark took the time to get to know us a bit so that he could match his services to our taste as well as make recommendations to enhance our experience. The food was beyond compare and the staff were the definition of perfection in service. We were also pleasantly surprised by the honesty and forthcoming nature of the staff and Chef Mark when they confirmed the amount of the extra tip both upon departure as well as a few days later to be certain we were aware of the amount. Remarkable Affairs will definitely stay at the top of our list and we will recommend them for all catering needs, big or small!

Chef Mark and his team just catered our school's annual auction and they hit it out of the park! We had about 250 guests and the food was delicious, plentiful and presented beautifully ... all for a very reasonable cost. In addition, ReMARKable Affairs Catering had attentive and professional wait staff and bartenders. It was a pleasure to work with Mark from start to finish. I'm still craving the shrimp gumbo casserole with sweet corn bread topping. Delicious!!!

Chef Mark & his staff did an incredible job catering my daughter's wedding. We researched and did tastings with several caterers. Remarkable Affairs had the best food and affordable pricing. Mark also made us very comfortable by covering many details we hadn't considered. The staff at the wedding was very professional and friendly. They made sure all the guests were served quickly and that all plates were cleared from the tables as the guests finished their meals. So, from start to finish, Mark, Leslie and their team helped make our daughter's wedding perfect! Thank you all! Deborah
