I had high hopes for Rey Cafe, but it didn't live up to them. The coffee was bitter, and the service was slow at the 100 N BICENTENNIAL, STE "C", McAllen, Texas 78501 location. I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

If you're a coffee freak like me, you'll dig Rey Cafe in 100 N BICENTENNIAL, STE "C", McAllen, Texas 78501. Their espresso was a straight-up flavor bomb. I couldn't get enough of that intense, roasted goodness. The café had this hipster vibe with bearded baristas and vintage décor. Totally my jam.

Rey Cafe at 100 N BICENTENNIAL, STE "C", McAllen, Texas 78501 has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded. I stopped by Rey Cafe on my way to work, and it was a pleasant surprise. Tucked away in 100 N BICENTENNIAL, STE "C", McAllen, Texas 78501, it's a cozy spot to grab your caffeine fix. I stopped by Rey Cafe for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line and disorganized service made it anything but quick. I waited for what felt like an eternity to get a simple latte. They need to work on their efficiency if they want to keep customers coming back.
