I'm not usually a coffee snob, but Rey Cafe in 100 N BICENTENNIAL, STE "C", McAllen, Texas 78501 impressed me. Their iced mocha was a chocolatey delight with a caffeine twist. The café had this indie vibe with alternative rock playing in the background. I'd totally come back for more.
