I had a disappointing experience at River City Donuts. The coffee was served cold, and the service at the 925 Pat Booker Rd, Universal City, Texas 78148 location was lackluster at best. I won't be recommending it to friends.

I stopped by River City Donuts on my way to work, and it was a pleasant surprise. Tucked away in 925 Pat Booker Rd, Universal City, Texas 78148, it's a cozy spot to grab your caffeine fix.
