Waco's downtown exciting new urban cafe! Robin Jeep's Natural Cafe is a fusion of Austin's holistic scene feel and an European University cafe. Robin Jeep is the visionary behind this and the original Cafe Vibrante, of which she is no longer associated. Robin Jeep's Natural Cafe is located at 608 Austin Avenue. The cafe is actually a separate restaurant in Sergio's front room.

Covering the walls is a mix of unusual artwork, some of which are Robin's. A mix of soothing World music soothes the soul while her Vibrant Cuisine® delights the palate and nourishes the body. This spot is an oasis that offers sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

The menu is economical, fresh, simple and served quickly, consisting of seven food offerings and two drink options:
The Daily Bowl (an economical nutrient-rich balanced meal in a large bowl)
A choice of three items that can be served as either a salad, whole wheat wrap, or sprouted whole grain sandwich

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Robin Jeep'S Natural Cafe At Sergio'S Front Room at 608 Austin Ave, Waco, Texas 76701. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep. I appreciated the attention to detail in their coffee-making process, but I hope they can work on their efficiency.
