The service at Royal Tea Cafe was excellent, but the coffee at 9500 Hempstead Rd, Houston, Texas 77092 was just okay. I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff at Royal Tea Cafe, but I couldn't help but feel that the coffee itself didn't match up to the service quality.
