So, I dropped by Schlotzsky'S at 8101 Indiana Ave, Lubbock, Texas 79423, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.
