Quick service. Very friendly staff. The buns did not seemed a bit under baked or I would have given It 5 Stars.

Snail pace service...placed order at 12:30 p.m. and it is now 12:45 and still no sign of my food...now I remember why I quit coming to this damn location �

My experience at Schlotzsky'S (19Th St - Lubbock, Tx) was less than stellar. The coffee was served cold, and the staff appeared disinterested at the 3715 19th St, Lubbock, Texas 79410 location. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Schlotzsky'S (19Th St - Lubbock, Tx) at 3715 19th St, Lubbock, Texas 79410 is my coffee sanctuary. The ambiance is inviting, the flat white is perfection, and the staff goes above and beyond to make every visit memorable. It's a place I can't recommend enough.
