Unfortunately, my recent visit to Schlotzsky'S left me underwhelmed. The coffee was lukewarm, and the ambiance felt sterile. It lacked the charm I look for in a coffee shop. I hope they work on improving the quality and warmth of their service.

Schlotzsky'S is a coffee oasis in the heart of 7530 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, Texas 75063. The Ethiopian pour-over I had was a revelation, and the barista's knowledge made the experience even better. I'll be back for more coffee adventures.
