So, I stumbled upon Schlotzsky'S (Fm 1960 Bypass Rd - Humble, Tx) in 9781 FM 1960 Bypass Rd W, Humble, Texas 77338, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.
