Not only did we enjoy our meal as always but what wonderful people work at this location! Had some vehicle issues and had to wait on a ride. Was offered help and even a ride from the manager! Way to take care of your customers! Your whole team rocks!
Just moved to Texas and this was the first Schlotzky's I've had in a couple years!
Great Service!!!! Will most definitely be back soon!!!!
Always have what I need and very clean presentable place
Jersey Mike's, and subway, don't compare,I eat there 2 times a week,awesome
I was disappointed in the service. When Jerry andCarol owned this store it was great. It’s going downhill now.
First time to eat at this food chain! Flavored everything good bread not bad for a fast food joint
Not happy they are not making sandwiches correctly or the way you requested.
I would like just one time to go through the drive thru and get what I ordered at the Mansfield shop. Once again I get home and it's wrong. I ordered a beef bacon smokecheesy sandwich and I get home with a turkey sandwich with mayo which I cannot eat!! Unfortunately the gal asked if I wanted my receipt and I said no so no returns for me! I have ordered the grilled cheese with tomato bisque and maybe once I have gotten the soup and twice my sandwich was so squished it was flat! I guess I need to learn my lesson and quit going there - to bad but I keep wasting my money!
I went in to buy some Cinnabon’s and while I was picking out what I wanted the gentleman behind the counter stared at me the whole time. He didn’t offer to heat any of them until I was at the door. Then when I got to the car I went to eat my pecan bun and it was rock hard and luke warm. I went in and complain the gentleman started with out saying anything to just make me a new one and seemed surprised when I said I didn’t want one, just a refund. He went and got some one neither said a word to me until after the refund was complete and then it was only it should be back on your card. It was the one of the worst and most uncomfortable times I have received customer service.
Customer service? Not even close. Place was dead. Employees wanted to be ANYWHERE but work. And these people want $15 an hour? I'd get better customer service ordering from a computer!
2 out of 5 orders were correct. How do you leave the turkey... off a turkey sandwich?? Won't be back.
in the last week
I used to come to the store alot and after today I'll never return. While sitting down to eat my food I saw the employee "Katrina" (according to the name on my reciept) eating behind the counter while a customer was waiting. She was on her phone with her back turned. When I told the male manger on shift he said he would speak with her. I sat back down and he didn't say a word to her...i look over and she is still eating.
This is against heath code and absolutly disgusting. Not to mention the fact that she was enjoying HER food while a paying customer was waiting. All and all unprofessional.
Waited in line after ordering for about 10 mins before getting to the window. Once there waited a few more minutes waiting on someone to acknowledge me and no one even opened the window. No sorry for the wait or anything! Drove off without food. Horrible customer service!
Takes 20 minutes to go through the drive thru, and this is common practice.
Schlotzsky's has great sandwiches, but on a recent visit, it took 15 minutes per car to get your order. That is way too long for a drive thru. I have been to sit down restaurants and been served faster than that. When I left, there were 4 cars behind me which means the last car would have waited for close to an hour. Not worth it.
Patron's beware ... It has been three weeks since my visit to the Mansfield location. I was met with repeated F-Bombs coming from the Drive thru Order Speaker ... ultimately when I got to the window and found out it was the Manager and she was speaking about employees ... I was even further dismayed with this establishment ... Thus far the ONLY person responding to my National Customer Service call was the offending party the Manager herself who decided to defend her actions ... and to my knowledge ... she is handling her own reprimand as no officials have seen fit to contact me ... If you are a concerned parent and have children in your vehicle ... you might just want to find an alternative food venue if you DO NOT want them to be exposed to PROFANITY at the Drive Thru
Ordered the French Dip, smelled wonderful all the way home......the dip barely covered the bottom of the cup and was grainy, lumpy basically undisolved bullion. Very disappointed.
I can't believe i was given a sandwich that looks as bad as this one today. This not like schlotskys to do this.
