Good service and great sandwiches!! Prices are great, wish they were open later than 9 pm but it is what it is. Overall I recommend you should try if you haven't yet, great food!!

Loved my sandwich... Hated the customer service from the girl at the counter. Didn't say a word from the time I walked in until she told me my total.

The place was nice and the guy at the counter was very friendly. The sandwich is just average and small. Lack of meat and other ingredients. Overpriced for the size of the sandwich. I prefer potbellies to this place.

Usually pretty consistent quality. Last salad I got didn't have enough dressing - the one I got today is drowning in dressing. Less is better - at least I can add dressing. Not sure what I can do about way too much dressing. At one point they used to give you dressing separately. Sure wish you guys would get consistent with this!

Rude person on the window and they messed up the pizza, what kind of cookie, and the drink was flat.

Horrible service. This happened to me 2x. I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese, asked them to make sure not to put bacon, because my faith we don't take bacon. And 2 different times I ordered they put bacon in my sandwich. I took a bite and spit it out. I called the store to complain. They really don't seem to care. It's offensive to me and disrespectful to my faith to ignore what I believe in. Never Again. Will continue to write bad review, make sure others know, how disrespectful your staff are! Mila
