It's not just sandwiches, they have delicious soups and healthy salads for a perfect lunch. The premises are clean and comfortable for eat-in.

Had to make 2 trips because items missing. Bacon grilled cheese came with avocado and tomato. It is not listed anywhere on the menu that a grilled cheese has avocado. I just gave the sandwich back. No offer to make it again, no refund. Had to wait at counter for someone that spoke English to help me. No manager on duty.

I have a boy scout coupon for free chips and drink with the purchase of a medium sandwich. I have used this coupon twice here before, however the last time I stopped in the manager has decided to NOT honor this anymore. So I have taken my business elsewhere. He or she has decided it is better to loose a regular customer over a $4 discount!!

I am a vegetarian. I recently ate at Schlotzsky's and was charged over 6 bucks for a bun with about 5 cents worth of veggies (same price as one with meat). I asked if I could have avocado as a meat substitute but was told it would be extra (which I paid because I was starved). I complained to customer care and got an insensitive response from a Mr Otis Brenton in customer care. I will never eat at Schlotzsky's again as they are a huge rip off and don't care for their customers.

My visit to Schlotzsky'S (N Buckner Blvd - Dallas, Tx) was a letdown. The latte tasted burnt, and the service was slow. I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Schlotzsky'S (N Buckner Blvd - Dallas, Tx) at 1152 N Buckner Blvd, Ste 124, Dallas, Texas 75218 is my coffee sanctuary. The ambiance is inviting, the flat white is perfection, and the staff goes above and beyond to make every visit memorable. It's a place I can't recommend enough.

I had a terrible experience at Schlotzsky'S (N Buckner Blvd - Dallas, Tx). The coffee was cold, and the staff was rude. I won't be going back to the 1152 N Buckner Blvd, Ste 124, Dallas, Texas 75218 location anytime soon.
