They opened up yesterday so Victoria residents could eat something fresh and as busy as they were they were fast and polite great job guys
Love this place..they have the best sandwiches around...
I had the Tuscan sandwich. It was DELISH!!! The restaurant and restroom is ALWAYS clean.
Food was great me and my family were happy with our service that we received!!!!¿
Ate there before our Black Friday experience. Small Original, on cheddar jalepeno, no mustard, no black olives - BBQ chips & Tea! Was as good as ever! Great sandwich!
Very Friendly Staff and quick service. Food was just like it should for Schlotskys.
The food was good but outrageously expensive!!! I paid nearly $15 for one meal that was half a sandwich and a side soup.
I don't know who was making the pizza today, but I opened my pizza box expecting the amazing pie I always order, and was disappointed The toppings and sauce that were on it were all in the middle. I feel I paid 10 bucks for a crust. Maybe the next one will be better...
Food was good. Atmosphere not so much. We asked the employee to please turn down the music due to it blaring as we couldn’t carry on a conversation without yelling. Employee replied she didn’t know where the radio was! Clearly no manager on site that night if left the school kids in charge !!!
We placed our order of two sandwiches and took a seat expecting our orders to not take too long, considering we were the only ones that had ordered recently. After 30 minutes, we go to the counter and ask how our order was coming along, to which the girl replied “Oh I guess we forgot about you” so after waiting another ten minutes, and now more people have come and gone, and one person having their order messed up I decided to not even bother, got a refund and left. I was really looking forward to something quick and good after work but I was definitely disappointed.
The only thing consistent about this Schlotzsky's is the disappointment. The employees are clearly not happy to be working there. They rush you through your order, cutting you off, and not listening to what you say. My order is ALWAYS wrong. Every. Single. Time. My sausage and basil pizza, exclude the peppers, was a cheese pizza with tomatoes on it. No Italian sausage or basil to be found. It is wrong every time. I guess it's time to give up on ever thinking I will get my order, and just go somewhere else.
