I had high hopes for Schlotzsky'S (Us Highway 271 N - Gilmer, Tx), but my visit to the 720 US Highway 271 N, Gilmer, Texas 75644 location left me wanting more. The coffee was subpar, and the ambiance lacked the charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll return.
