The manager here is great! Since he came on board, the food is fresh, the service is fast. This is one of the only fast food restaurants I will eat at.

I experienced the best customer service here today. All of the employees went so far beyond what I normally experience at a restaurant that I was just blown away. Highly impressed!

Came in a few weeks ago and ordered a BBQ chicken pizza in the drive thru, unfortunately, when I got back to the office I noticed it had too much sauce and was a bit raw in the middle.



I called the store and Anthony was very kind and offered to replace my pizza. Went in today and he was able to take my order and ensure my pizza was correct.



Usually great food and service and appreciate they went above and beyond to make it right.

Love the food. A little expensive for a sandwich but I treat myself on occasion.

Always has good food but never enough employees working. Was there at 7:15pm and had to wait 10 min before anyone even came to the counter to take our order. Two couples left before us because no one took their order and a customer in the dining room brought their order back up because somehing was wrong with it.

We have recently gotten bread sandwiches because the sandwich maker only put one piece of meat on our sandwiches. There needs to be a meat requirement. So disappointed with the amount of money you charge and what was given in return!!!

My recent visit to Schlotzsky'S (W Mcdermott Dr - Allen, Tx) was fantastic. The espresso had a rich, complex flavor profile that left me craving for more. The vintage decor and vinyl records playing in the background added to the charm.

Schlotzsky'S (W Mcdermott Dr - Allen, Tx) was a bit of a letdown. The coffee was decent, but it didn't quite live up to the hype. The service was efficient, though, and the 502 W McDermott Dr, Allen, Texas 75013 location is convenient for a quick caffeine fix.

I stumbled upon Schlotzsky'S (W Mcdermott Dr - Allen, Tx) during my coffee quest, and it was a game-changer. The cold brew was like an icy caffeine punch to the face, and the staff was as cool as cucumbers. Plus, they had board games – coffee and Connect Four, anyone?

My visit to Schlotzsky'S (W Mcdermott Dr - Allen, Tx) was a revelation. The flat white was a masterpiece, with a velvety microfoam that melted in my mouth. The minimalist decor and tranquil vibes made it an ideal spot for introspection.
