Best broccoli and cheese soup on the planet. And the original sandwich with it is amazing!

So it was obviously slow in the store when we arrived, dirty tables, counters. Ordered the new ham and Gouda sandwich. Generally I like my sandwiches at least slightly warm and cheese melted. Chunks of cheese pebbles, barely any meat, I asked for no onions which means a sliver of lettuce and no tomato as well.

Sad!! Sandwiches are 1/2 the meat as before. Soup is cold and potatoes are hard and tastes freeze dried! Tables are dirty as well as the bathroom!

Management needs to step in here! Don't even want to see the kitchen!

Won't be coming back here for a long while!

Use to be one of our favorite places!

Was a loyal Scholtzskys customer for over 20 years at the Andrews Hwy location in Midland. I would always call in my order and go through the drive through to pick it up. Was told by management the other day that from now on call in orders have to be picked up inside they were no longer allowing call ins to be picked up at the window.

Really? If I have the time to go through the hassle of parking and going in to get my order I may as well eat it there also.

Figured out a way around this new "Rule" . Will go to Mcallisters Deli instead. So long Schlotzskys, stay firm on that rule now. Am sure I am not the only one who feels this way. (If there had been a zero star option I would have used it. )

This place is disgusting. The entire restaurant needs to be cleaned. The service sux and I will never eat here again. West Texas Food Critic has

They made my sandwich wrong. Asked if they could fix it. The woman behind the counter seemed annoyed that she would need to remake my sandwich. When I get my sandwich it's burned. Thanks but no thanks. Will not be visiting this location anymore.
