The man at the drive through gave me 2 pickles and made sure I had my bag of chips this time and he was also very helpful and informative��� this prego is satisfied!!!

Food was okay but as usual (and I mean almost without fail), they got our order wrong. Drink machine had errors and said it needed to be cleaned. Ice was so built up you could hardly fit your cup in. No forks.

Disappointed that the pop machine didn’t have all the options. Employee said they didn’t have refills for the front machine but could get what you want from the drive thru! Poor customer service for my liking. Sandwich was just OK bread wasn’t toasted very well.

Wish we had read the reviews before ordering here. They messed up all three sandwiches we ordered. 2 sandwiches were no mayo, they logged in no tomato and then still put tomato on it so they messed up their mistake. Added items we were charged for and didn't get that either. We live towards Lipan, so 20 min drive home to find the whole order wrong. Fiance doesn't want to ever go back. Called to report all this and no one would pick up the phone so we called the 800# on the receipt. They said someone should call us in a couple of days. ��

Ordered turkey bacon club w/o lettuce and tomato, got lettuce and tomato, but only some shriveled up pieces of bacon. Wife ordered potato soup, but it wasn't all that warm and from what she said, potatoes still on crunchy side.

Worst service EVER. I go through the drive through to get food no one is in the store just one man in front of me. He sat there 6 mins before they ever took his card then when he finally got his food he didn't get it all they slammed the window and he sat there another 4 mins trying to get their attention!!! Well I get my food and since I'm 4 1/2 months pregnant after sitting in a drive through for 30 mins if not longer I needed to use the restroom, nothing like toes in your bladder right? I get out to go inside 12 mins before closing and the damn doors are LOCKED! I wasn't even angry about it taking a half hour to get my food I was upset because they looked at me standing outside the door I even called the store and they ignored me! I paid $25+ for food sat forever and couldn't use the bathroom during business hours! Well that's the second horrid experience in a row at this location I'll no longer buy from this business and corporate will be hearing for me as the management as well. Thanks a lot for nothing!

Took for ever to get our food when our flat breaks came out they were cold and they brought us our soup like 5mins later and tried to tell us the cup was a bowl and the kitchen was chaotic people where leaving left to right

This is what i was given tonight for my drive thru order.. $9 worth of food I wouldnt give to my dogs!! I ordered the pick 2...the sandwich tasted so nasty from being burnt, it went straight to the garbage! The "chicken" in my caesar salad was not edible and was about the consistency of rubber! I am beyond disappointed!! Pictures are in the comments!

This is the worst Schlotzsky's I have ever been to. They've consistently gotten my simple order wrong time and time again. I keep giving them another chance because I love Schlotzsky's normally, but I will not come back to this location.

They were out of all soups, Mac and cheese,some bread,sweet tea, sprite, more than I can remember, and we were having the senior project graduation..dont care to go back.

Their employees do not know how to do their jobs and will not bother to ask for help. The last 4 or 5 times I have gone there my order was wrong or missing food I am done.

My husband just brought me a sandwich from the Granbury Schlozski's. I've been a big fan - but now I am so angry -from now on I won't be. I just posted a photograph of my sandwich which has suddenly disappeared. It would show I thin brown line. That was the two super thin slices of meat. Why even bother? If you wanted piss me off you were very successful.

I was a huge fan of this restaurant and the tasty sandwiches until at least a couple of yrs or so ago. Me and my spouse were standing, watching and waiting for them to be cooked when the guy dropped the top of the bun on the floor and then picked it up and put it back on our sandwich on the grill and gave it to us. Other employees were standing near by. I was in a state of shock and couldn't believe he would do this. I sat down and ate the sandwich and wondered why I did ? I should have said something right then and there but the shock of his actions overruled. Needless to say; we haven't been back.
