I had high hopes for Shipley Do-Nuts, but it didn't live up to the hype. The espresso was too bitter, and the pastries were stale. Not a place I'd recommend.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Shipley Do-Nuts at 2805 Loop 121 #E, Belton, Texas 76513. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep. I appreciated the attention to detail in their coffee-making process, but I hope they can work on their efficiency.

Shipley Do-Nuts is a delightful spot for a coffee lover like me. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with comfy seating and soft jazz playing in the background.
