The food is ok but their worst customer service skills puts the icings on cake..nasty attitude when asked for hot donuts or even when they make a mistake on your orders..need to work on their ppl skills

Originally a 5 start now one only because zero was not an option. This store and who ever handled the situation over the weekend should be fired! Shipley’s should make things right for both families affected by that issue and should apologize publicly for their big mess up! I will never ever waste another dollar here again!
