I was unimpressed by Simple Coffee Shop. The coffee was nothing special, and the ambiance at the outlet shoppes, El Paso, Texas 79932 location didn't leave a lasting impression. I won't be recommending it to friends.

My visit to Simple Coffee Shop was a mixed bag. The espresso was fantastic, but the seating was uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. Good coffee, but not an ideal workspace.

So, I ventured into Simple Coffee Shop in outlet shoppes, El Paso, Texas 79932, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
