Love the jumping monkey. The people are super nice and always quick to serve. The owner even comes in and helps when they're slammed. For such a small place, they crank out great product and service!!

Awesome, authentic coffee. Quick and fast drive thru. Such friendly staff as well.

I only ever order drip coffee and it's great. The drive thru moves quickly. Bonus- they carry Taco Deli breakfast tacos!

Great local coffee shop. It should be noted that it is drive thru or walk-up only. Fast and friendly service, even when the line gets long. Great alternative to some of the national chains in the area.

There's a short wait while they make a drink, but it's roughly the same as any other drive- through coffee place. Theoretically you could sit at the picnic table to "dine in," but realistically this is a drive-through only place. Good kolaches.

Coffee's just as good as the Starbucks that's a block or two down Anderson, but there's typically a much shorter line here. And Sorrento's is a local business, which is a plus.

This was going to be a 1 star review. It's now a 4 star. Upon hearing of my incident, the owner, Mary Jane (a former teacher) emailed me, spoke to the employee and offered a sincere apology for my experience at her cafe.
Things happen. It's how an establishment deals with and learns from a mishap that matters.
Happy to say I will be returning to Sorrento's :)

This was my review:
I believe in spending local which is why I frequent Sorrento's instead of Starbucks. That was before today.
I pulled up and there was a car at the drive-thru. Since I know having my car running idle in 100 degree weather is bad for the environment, I pulled in and hopped over to the walk-up window, placed my order and proceeded to watch a car that pulled up after I placed my order have their order put before mine. The late-comers were served two drinks (one hot and one cold) and a snack then on their way before my drink was started. Since the attendant already had my CC, I didn't walk away. She then presents me with my chai coconut milk hot, but screws up and makes it on ice??? Redoes my drink order and gives me a large, I asked for and was charged for an extra large. I didn't say anything. I just took the drink and made a mental note my daily caffeine refuels will now be at Starbucks.

I came here about once a week for several months. Always good drinks, fast and friendly service.

Sorrento's or the little yellow house is a true gem on Anderson Ln. There coffee is great and you can also get a small bite to eat deliver from other Austin establishments.

Friendly, quick, and one of my favorite chai lattes in town. Not sure why people bother with the Starbucks drive through across the street while this place is around.

This place is cool and handy. LOVE the breakfast tacos. Quality products served here.
