The one on Bardin Rd is so much faster. There are like 10 employees and still so slow. The drive thru is always wrapped around the building

Three weeks now and this place can't seem to clean up the flying gnats. I asked them when they were going to get an exterminator and the person behind the counter said 'I don't know.' She didn't ask anyone else, didn't seem to care she's working in a fly infested building (which sells food products). It's too bad because this location is so close to home.

The baristas at this store do an excellent job starting your day off right. Drinks are fast and correct, faces are always friendly.

Parking is minimal, outdoor seating is plentiful, but no misters for cooling so it's too hot, not many seats inside. For a quick stop, okay, but not for small gatherings. Personnel are great!

This place is too small, no parking, and no room to sit. There is a better one in Ft Worth just five minutes away. They should close this location down forever.

The quality of service has been awful for the most part. Get to the window and the staff act like they hate their job. Frowns are at the window and there is no welcome greeting. No thank you ether. Drinks usually taste different than all the other locations.

Waited for 5 minutes at the register before anyone acknowledge me. There was 3 barista, one working at tge drive thru window and 2 were making drinks. But no one said a word not even a hi or welcome to Starbucks and this was the second incident. First incident took them 30 minutes to get my drink when I ordered from the app. The point of ordering from the app was to skip the line but to waited for 30 minutes. Next time I will stay in line. I see other customers that ordered after me all got their drinks. I asked twice before they even start on my drink. Not cool Starbucks!!!!!

This place is great. The staff is friendly and knows me by name. This is a great place to go to get some work done or meet up with some friends (it's Starbucks, duh). Every so often, it'll run into the occasional stutter of getting an order wrong or something, but overall, I'd recommend this Starbucks to anyone who asks about it.

Worst starbucks ever. They used to be awesome, now they've rearranged the furniture to where no one can sit down, and the traffic is awful. Staff is rude. I go out of my way to go to the Matlock Starbucks, not crowded, and staff are very friendly.

Just wasted 30 mins of my life here. Ordered online at 2:49 and finally asked about it at 3:05 and the guy told me he will work on it right away. After several customers in and out of the store later and seeing he was doing other things I went up to the counter around 3:25 and the girl in front of me just ignored me. Finally at 3:30 the guy that originally said he was going to work on it called out the name. No apologies or anything. The drink wasn't even that good.
