Annoying when places act like it's closing time when it's not. Employee is loudly dragging every chair in the place around to sweep under all the tables at 6:40 when they close at 9. She even swept under a customer sitting at a table. Also was told they will be with me in a minute by 2 of the 3 people walking behind the counter. Apparently all 3 are working drive-thru and nobody helping the only person at the counter inside.
This is the closest Starbucks to my work and gym. The staff is fun and friendly. They have a drive thru that is a little awkwardly placed, in the back of the shopping strip but it better than no drive thru. It's a great study or working space, very quiet with lots of outlets. They also have outdoor sitting.
Friendly and helpful staff, they seem to be under staffed whenever I go there but they do a good job, they just seem rushed trying to keep up with the volume of business. I’ve always had good service here though... No Complaints
Generally a good place. Seems like some days certain employees don't want to make specialty drinks.
Otherwise just very busy in the morning after 7am.
Best Starbucks in town. The Staff is fantastic and they make good drinks. Special kudos for your excellent service!
I'm sure starbucks can afford to have extra staff or at least someone that cleans tables occasionally. What a mess. Very disappointed especially since its my favourite coffee house...
Service is always good. They are very quick with orders and friendly. I mobile order most of the time and the staff still tries to get to know me.
Great coffee but the counter staff were a little salty at this location on this night. Everyone has an off night occasionally.
Not my normal location, but felt like coffee and was passing by so stopped at this one. My mistake. Walked inside and asked about 2 holiday drinks since I had never had them, barista simply said they they're out and cut it short, so I still never had my question answered so maybe I could hunk of trying them another time. Saw a new drink called the Tuxedo Mocha, dunno why I was expecting a different reaction, but was met with a flat monotone, "It's new, I wouldn't have tried it."
...okay. An idea of what to expect from it would be nice or something...
Well, it was good. But the customer service is meh. Felt like a bother to the barista. No welcoming vibe at all, & it wasn't like it was busy in there either at the time either. I'll stick to my normal one off Frankford and Old Denton. The baristas there make it a point to be personable and remember you or assist you.
Giving 2 stars since my drink tasted good, even if the interaction with the staff member left a bad taste in my mouth.
They messed up on a order and i went back and the girl wasn't even friendly!! Let alone act apologetic. It's 26 degrees and no one wants to go back and get a replacement but I did because I really wanted what I ordered or else I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place (duh).
One of the cleaner ones in this area, and the only one with appropriate, and comfortable seating arrangements. All is well...until now, when I waited to get into the ladies room...for 20 mins...and finally a very creepy man came out. Gives you an icky feeling.
Great service, especially Cory and Lauren. Very comfortable place to hang out and relax.
