No changing tables in either bathroom, no outside trash cans for after said diaper change in the car, and I ordered the toasted white chocolate mocha for the first time and it didn't have any of the cranberry topping on it as advertised. You would think they would let me know beforehand if they were out of ingredients for the drink I wanted to order. Disappointed.

Everyone knows starbucks is the bees knees! Sometimes they miss something like extra caramel drizzle but my coffee is always righr.

😟This wasn't the best Holiday treat. 😞
Our order was wrong which no big deal Starbucks always makes it right.
But the cashier was not happy and pushed that energy on her Customers.
This made me not even want to continue my order.
Maybe next time the atmosphere will be more Jolly!🎄🎄🎄

I was greeted by Lexi and was immediately surprised by how curtious she was so much so that it surprised me because you don't usually run into many nice people and definitely made my experience a lot better and the coffee was amazing.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to & I have been to many. Young crew act oblivious & almost lost. Manager needs to give immediate attention

There was a time that I patronized this location every day. I live in the area but the customer service, or lack there of, forces me to take my business elsewhere. Today the restroom was dirty and the person taking my order for a dark roast cup of coffee screwed that up. Went back to speak with the shift manager and she was completely unhelpful. Make things right and save the meaningless apologies.

Worst ever service. Lousy order prep, waited only to find my order sitting on the bar without any call that it was up. This location sucks.

Had a snotty worker.. I had asked for sugar free vanilla.. my cup didnt say SFV it said V.. I asked what vanilla they had used and he's like "normal" so i informed him i asked for sugar free.. he said, "so you're saying you can taste a difference? you can't taste it there's no difference in taste" i said , "It's not about taste, I cannot have extra sugar in my diet" he continued to say stuff about taste under his breath and so I said once more "I can't have sugar" .. ruined my relaxing morning and now I am scared to drink my SFV tea cause I could see him being spiteful and put normal vanilla in it.. arse.

Don't ask them for vegan items unless you want a disgusted look.. Also the guy they had on the register was interested in flirting with the woman behind me than taking my order.

This is my first stop most mornings, I go when they first open on the weekdays and they always get my drink right. The manager that's there in the morning is always friendly and all of the staff that work the mornings have their regulars. It's always a fun way to start of my work day and my breakfast and coffee never come out bad.

I am here everyday and the service is great. The barristas are excellent always smiling and getting to know you. If a drink is not to your liking it is remade with a smile. I love them all. I've been around the world and I compare all Starbucks to my Starbucks and mine is definitely a cut above the rest.
