Had to wait few minutes but that is true of all Starbucks stores of lately. Barrista was professional enough to ensure that alternate drink was acceptable instead of just making it. Store could make a better effort to ensure that people are not blocking the exits or the creamer station, especially as there is not a lot of room to begin with.
Brought a couple of bags of coffee to grind. Barista was very friendly and helpful! Helped me have a great Thanksgiving with fresh ground coffee for my guests!
Great coffee! Grate people! And no threat of Harvey Weinstein
Nice and small cute starbucks! Service is good and they are fast ☺️
Great place, I had above and beyond customer service. Team works well.

Best Customer Service. They are the best people. I only drink simple coffee and if the coffee is not fresh they will do it for me.
A++
This is my favorite Starbucks in the area, whenever I come they're not slammed busy, they have a great staff, and a large area to lounge / do work. They also always make my drink perfectly.
This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I love that it's Cafe Only and the baristas don't have to divide their attention with drive thru. The lobby is huge and well furnished with good working areas and conversation areas, the bathrooms have been updated, and it's conveniently located near UTD and numerous large businesses. It's often busy but rarely a very long wait, even with a small staff.
This Starbucks has the most friendly staff I've ever seen in any customer service place and the store just has a great Aura in general!
nice location. comfy area to sit outside
I used to come here to get my coffee before going to school. The bad thing is that they don't have drive-thru.
Barista with the itty-bitty man bun and huge gauges is a real "coffee snob" (A-hole). If you don't use the right "coffee lingo" when ordering don't expect to get your drink and, instead, just a ton of attitude
I guess it's the nature of the business. As soon as an employee becomes familiar they are gone. High turnover rate makes a regular feel unrecognized. 😔
