I'm not lying when I state I visit here near four times a week, for over a year now. The staff knows me by name and nearly always has my order ready, and makes it a point to notice other frequent customers and greets all customers when they come in. If my mobile order is the slightest bit late or I arrive before they've completed it they apologize and affirm they're working on the order. If they run out of honey they don't surprise me and substitute with Agave and let me know when they do. I'm no morning person, but they definitely don't make it a bad morning.

I ordered a caramel macchiato. She asked "do you want that cold or hot?" I said hot. They gave me a cold one. Wow. . . .

Great coffe and good food. Baristas are efficient and friendly. Small space for the number of customers but the seating is adequate. Nice they have some outdoor tables too!

I used to work across the street from this location and I love it. Though I'm sad to see some of my favorite employees move on, I know change is inevitable. And, each new wave is a pleasure to meet and work with. The store is clean, the staff is super friendly, they make things right when and if they go awry, and they seem genuine when talking to you. I like that. Even the seating is well laid out and comfortable. This is my home away from home for writing and school work and I wouldn't change a thing.

I was very disappointed when I came to get coffee and the store was closed 10 minutes early! All lights were shut off but could see the guy at the register. Did acknowledge us at all.

Usually, very good service, until the staff turns over and the new people treat you like a moron that's never been here before. And don't make the mistake of telling the manager that your experience is different from the other regulars the current one will over compensate and then be confused when you refuse to accept the adjusted attention as genuine. And sometimes if the person behind the counter deems your behavior as less than desirable they may pull a passive aggressive move like I'll make you stand next in line for 3 minutes while I heat and serve the sandwich for the customer in front of you even though in the 15 years you've been coming to our store we've never done that for you.
