If you are in a rush, make sure to order ahead of time. The coffee is always good but it can be pretty slow in the morning compared to other locations. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love Starbucks and go several times a week and sometimes several times a day, but this Starbucks is terrible. The bathroom was very dirt and gross to start. Then when taking our order the cashier and barista where told to switch. Instead of finishing our order and then switching they switched in the middle. When they switched they didn't pass on the order, so they missed one of our drinks. So I had to go back and reorder and they were busy, so I had to wait around making me late to work. They did nothing to fix the situation. They didn't ever apologize. Don't go to this location

Not only is this place close to work but they are fast paced. I love coming here to relax and watch the crowd pass by. The crew here they are amazing and if you have time speak with them do so. They are human beings trying to work, so be patient. And thank them for the coffee!!!🤓

I’ve only been to this location once, but it was pretty good service. No rude employees when I went around 9pm, and not too busy either. The man who made my drink was nice and actually greeted me when I picked up the drink. Only thing about this location is that it’s hard to spot from the parking lot! It’s between a Which Which and a Chipotle, and you can really only see the storefront from Barbara Jordan Blvd. if you can find it, I recommend it!

I love Starbucks... But today must have been an off day. For starters, it seems like they may have a couple new people who weren't totally trained. I ordered those little egg/cheese/bacon things and apparently the guy who took my order put it either in the wrong oven or the wrong setting, which left the place smelling like burnt eggs. That's not what got me, however. A woman who seemed like the manager reprimanded him in front of a line of customers. It wasnt discreet by any means. I'm fine with new people learning... But handling your employees / staff in front of customers like that was kind of a turn off. It also took about 20-30 minutes to get my order, which is unusual. This may have been due to new staff, but I feel like the management of may have been part of it just based on how she handled the cashier that took my order. There were also a couple employees that didn't seem the best fit for dealing with food... One had a very unkempt beard. I love beards. Don't get me wrong. But I can just see those little beard hairs falling into someone's drink.

Barista making our drinks seem nick, and the one that took our order seem either in bad mood or something but he was not friendly at all. Hope his day gets better. Overall om, I got what I wanted so at the end - satisfied.

I've been here several times. My drink is always correct but the service is always slooooow. I recommend using the mobile app to place your order if this is the location you are using.

It was very pleasant visiting this area. The service was fast and the employees were very kind. Since I've moved away from Central Texas it really made me appreciate good customer service. Keep up the good work.

This place is super amazing!! Clean and very affordable! Plenty of chairs and I didn't have to wait at all! Tech here are so professional with the job! My nails came out pretty and well shape! Highly recommend

Possibly the best Starbucks I've been to, and I travel all over the country. Great staff, fast service, plenty of seats and parking. And a patio. Convenient location too. And the fastest Wi-Fi at a Starbucks I've seen.

One of the worst Starbucks I've been to. Huge line out the door, staff is screaming and kind of rude, none of the power outlets worked, Internet was slow and took forever to get on to, people were crammed in shoulder to shoulder. I wanted to do a little reading, but it didn't feel like an inviting environment. They have tons of business from the hospital next door, if you are looking for a coffee shop experience, go elsewhere. This place is a meat factory.
