Ms. Jackie is the best. I pull up to the drive through and she automatically greets me with hello beautiful will you be getting your grande non-fat white Chocolate mocha, extra hot and stirred. This is personal service at the highest level. I love my homework Starbucks!

Friendly, clean and knows my drink when I walk in!

Sometimes the drive thru gets backed up but it’s a hand made drink so... love the remodel looks great!

Always great. Love this place. Only time there a wait is when they are busy. But that's cool because it's worth waiting for 👍

I love this staff. I love Starbucks corporate. I don't love that there's so much staff turnover or that the remodel has been put off. I miss the sofas. I like those red chairs. I hate it when that one guy talks so loud on his phone selling electricity or whatevertf. I love the strangers I meet here and that I always find my friends. This is the Starbucks where everyone knows my name and 46% of those people have unfriended me... yet love me irl.

They mess up our order. The cup cleary said latte and they guy made a mocha, i let him know that we did not order mocha but didn't take back, i didnt want to wait 8 min again for my drink

they messed up our order and it was written on cup. there was no coffee taste in drink frappe and no vanilla shots as i had ordered. my daughter got a java chip n it was wrong completely wrong...no java chip at all. all of our drinks were wrong

Went in last Sunday to get two venti caramel frappuccino's, one tall caramel frappe, and one tall cupcake frappe. IT TOOK FORVER to get them! Overheard the staff speaking of someone getting fired, which could have explained why it was so slow, but judging by the reviews this is a normal thing for this location. A full staff at all time (especially weekends) would be nice.

THE slowest service on the planet! Every time I wait and wait... Even if I'm the only one in line! Today I sat in the drive thru 30 min! Watched the"barista" thru the window shuffle the cups trying to decide what to do! Why doesn't management get with it!

Just went through drive thru and waited for about 20 mins. Once I got to the window the employee never said a word just held out her hand for my payment, handed me drinks and handed my card back. I was never even told my total. I said thank you and she turned her back and started talking to another employee. I was kinda baffled not knowing if I needed to sign anything and never received a receipt. She just completely ignored us til we pulled off.



Drinks were still good but customer service was awful.

I've stopped at this location multiple times when passing through town and it's consistently poor. The drive thru is the slowest I've ever seen, sometimes the waits been like 30 minutes. I'll only use it if there are no other cars in line (which barely ever happens). I've got in line and had to back out multiple times because it absolutely did not move for 10 minutes.



Drinks are never ever good. Ever.



Even when you go inside the wait is extremely long. They're not always understaffed either. This last time there was someone behind the counter looking lost, and only one person really making the drinks for both the drive thru and inside. There were enough people for another person to be making drinks.



The staff is always very nice, but maybe they need better management/help/training.

We are traveling and stop by this Starbucks 2 hrs ago and our debit card was not given back to us just noticed and are 2 hrs away trying to call for the last 30 minutes no one will answer the phone!

We are always driving through here and usually stop because it is a good halfway point. I have been to a lot of Starbucks and this is consistently the slowest one. Always disappointing

Terrible service. 8pm, 3 cars in line, and no one in the actual building, and it took 20 minutes to get my order. Won’t be coming back.

Literally just drove through to get to get coffee and the taste stale. The drive-through is the slowest ever.Just very poor consistency. Won't be back.

I️ just spent 18 minutes from ordering to receiving my coffee!!!! I️ wasn’t even upset for the long wait to get to the window because that is the norm for this location. I️ became upset when I️ watched the girl make 4 drinks, none of which were mine, and proceed to the window with them. I️ informed her that none of those drinks nor the 2 slices of whatever were on my order! I️ had to give her my 1 drink order again and then wait to receive a cup covered in sticky syrup!!! I️ feel like you owe me a car detail for my now sticky steering wheel, gear shift and everything else I️ touched. Get it together Starbucks. Invest in some training, some management, SOMETHING!

I've gotta say this was the worst starbucks I've ever been too.

It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. People that ordered after us got their drinks way before us. Mine sat there on the back counter topless for quite some time and was pretty melty by the time I got it. All was got was a very poor and hurried "sorry for the wait".. Very bad service... I'll never go there again.

I've been to this place multiple times and I have to say it's by far the worst! Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes because the guy was so flustered and trying to do everything (over achiever) ended up with no coffee because I was late for an appointment...🙈 I won't be back now that I know there's another right up the road...

Drove up to the drive thru with 5 cars in front of me and ordered one drink...it took 25 minutes to get my drink, the girl just handed me my drink, said "here ya go. Payment?" Gave her my card and she swiped it and said "here" and that was it! Never repeated my order to me, never gave me my receipt, and my drink was missing stuff! I was so mad!

Drove up to the drive thru at this location. 4 cars ahead of us. Took almost 30 minutes to get up to the window and they had only made one of the two drinks we ordered. At the call box had to repeat the order at least 3 times for 2 drinks. Not complicated. Then had to wait at the window AGAIN while we repeated the order for the 2nd drink. A location on the Interstate Highway should have quicker drive thru service than this. Obviously this is an ongoing problem seeing the other reviews. Time to report to corporate.
