Michele is the best! Helped me when Starbucks app was down! Love this place, first stop of the Day!
Friendly staff, drinks and food are made right. Only complaint is the location/parking lot isn't the best. It's a nightmare some mornings with ppl in drive through line because it wraps through parking lot and with ppl in line and ppl trying to come or leave it can get pretty backed up.
Buristas Ruined the beautiful art from the "Vanilla Sweat Cream cold Brew"by shaking up my drinks often and not giving enough Ice. the ice thing itself is confusing. If this is cold Brew and most likely should stay cold.... Why does my ice melt so fast? Nobody asks for my name anymore and WHY ISN'T THERE A 24/7 STARBUCKS?! Just sayin'
They just released the pumpkin spice latte back this year! I was really excited until I stepped foot in this store. The only person who seemed to be in a good mood for work was the person taking my order so kudos to you whatever your name was! She held a conversation with me and was very nice. As far as the wait for my ONE drink I waited over 20 minutes for it. All I ordered was a grande pumpkin spice latte. The person making my drink seemed to be in a not so good mood. She kept making faces and being sloppy with her work. I've never had a bad experience until this store and won't be back to this specific store. I am willing to drive further to get better service in a more timely manner.
Listen, it's the only Starbucks -- no, the only quick coffee place -- in North Austin. You could do a heck of a lot worse than this one. It's not perfect on the coffee front, but in my experience with Starbucks it definitely has better coffee than most. If you're pressed for time and caffeine, it's a life-saver. Trust me, I went to Westwood High School, just down the road, an entire school that I swear operates on a collective 30 hours of sleep.
The biggest issue is the tiny parking lot and the awkward routing of the drive thru; if you're not getting there at 6 AM, 2 PM, or 10 PM, you're gonna be counting on luck to even get to the point where you can place an order. In the mornings, the back of the drive thru often backs up onto Anderson Mill, or at the very least across the driveway and into the parking lot for Moonie's.
Food poisoning. My wife is laying on the couch feeling miserable after eating (2hrs ago) gluten free sandwich with Canadian bacon (don't know the name) and coffee.
I come to this Starbucks about twice a week and I love it! They've added lots of new staff since coming to the new drive thru location so there's been a few bumps here and there, but that should be expected. They're figuring it out and doing so in a friendly way. Missy and Nicole always make my day, not only with literally the best lattes ever, but their engaging personalities as well.
Great Starbucks location with welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious coffee.
Always been my favorite location. So glad it hasn't been remodeled into the new "inefficient space" design starbucks has been using.
Best. Staff. Ever. I've gone to this location for over 10 years, and it's current manager, Shelly, has turned it around to a team of personable, caring baristas who prioritize relationships over sales in a way that had built a great, loyal community of "regulars" that network and work together. Really impressed by her leadership and training that has been the foundation of this community. #applause #welldone
The extra pay the workers were suposto get by upping customers prices isn't making moral any better it seems. Ordered regular hot coffee and pound cake and got forgotten about untill i had to ask whats wasn't up with my coffee. Wasn't even that busy really either.
