Excellent coffee, hard workers, and a great manager! Even during busy times the team is able to answer their phone for any kind of calls. You guys need more space to cater for all of the coffee drinkers around here!
Thank you again for the coffee!
This Starbucks always gets my order correct at the drive through. The staff is always nice. The manager Courtney went above and beyond to make up for Bastrop Starbucks failures! I'll return to this location when I visit Austin.
Excellent coffee. When Roxanne is there the customer service is absolutely spectacular. I love the online app that allows me to just order and pick up in a few minutes that way I don't have to wait in line.
Nice shop. I enjoy stopping by when in the Austin area. Good team here. Highly encourage.
This is by far the BEST Starbucks we've been to in Austin. Even when they are crazy busy they still offer the absolute BEST Customer Service! They even know how to customize drinks when you want yours a little different than the way it comes!! Not every starbucks is willing to customize
My favorite location! On more then one occasion I've gotten to work and they wrote "Have a great day Nina on my bag" the people here are awesome. They actually talk and get to know you as well as you gwtting to know them. They should all get raises!
Nice customer service but they don't carry chocolate croissant
I went to this Starbucks today and they made a mistake on one of my drinks. I talked to Dylan and he replaced my drink and offered me free goodies. This is hands down the BEST Starbucks with awesome customer service! 👍☕😊
This has been my favorite Starbucks in Austin for over a year, it is common for me to come in 2-3 times a day. The morning staff especially knows my name and the drink I always order. They are truly the best. If I was just rating them I would give them 5 stars. However, one manager and one barista has made it uncomfortable for me to come back to this location due to repeatedly serving my drink horribly wrong and the manager being inconsistent. I suspect there is a conflict of interest but not sure. The customer isn't always right but their dissatisfaction with the product you served and they paid for is about expectations and consistency.
I used to really like this location. They were consistent, fast and had good coffee. Lately, however, the quality of their beverages has gone downhill dramatically. The drinks taste like syrup and the customer service is indifferent. They even make you swipe your own credit card through the drive thru which is hard to do if you drive a sedan or low-riding vehicle. I do not understand why those getting paid to process my order have no intention to include that step in their check out process. I can barely see the card swipe machine, let alone reach out of my car to try and situate my card just right so that the payment goes through and I can physically see the results. I can't go to this location anymore, and it used to me my most convenient favorite.
Always fast service, and drinks are made perfect every time.
Consistently recieved horrible service here. Not sure why, my order was always simple. 2 large coffees, cream, sugar and stirred. They always failed to stir the coffee. I know it's petty, but for as much as I paid I didn't expect much. Started going to the 7-11 next door, better coffee, and cheaper. For the price of convince, it's just not worth the extra (almost double) amount of money.
Worst location ever. I will never return to another Starbucks. I called my order in over an hour before I arrived. I was promised it would be ready when I got here. Then I was told when I arrived it would be an additional 15 minutes. I did not have time to wait more for this coffee so I asked them to cancel it and left. Then some of the idiot customers who are waiting in the long long line for the drive thru blocked me into my parking space and I could not get out. Close this location and do us all a favor. Find a larger place with a better parking area and room for people to be in the drive thru and still Park to come inside.
The trick to taking the drive through in a dually is as follows. When you first enter the drive through lane run over the curb on the left with your left rear tire, becareful though its been hit a bunch and is jagged. Order your drink, make it strong your going to need to be focused. As they prepare your drink look at the 90° turn in front of you and wonder if your dually has that kind of steering angle in it. Take your drink and drive straight until your so close to the 9 foot brick wall in front of you that your right headlight no longer works and your parking sensors are warning you of an immanent crash. Power through, dont think of steering any earlier the the pretty yellow pole in the left will rip off your fender. Drive until your right front tire hits the curb and steer hard over for all you got, and see how much your steering pump hates you and how hard over your dually can turn. Once your out get out and see what the damage is. Terrible drive through. I imagine the curbs and yellow pole have destroyed many a rim and fender.
