Already love this Starbucks but today I had an employee, Tyler, go above and beyond the usual customer service for me. Just a wonderful experience and definitely makes me want to come more often.

This has been my go to since they opened daily on way to wrk. The last two weeks I️ sit in line 15+ mins. Twice they have given me the wrong drink. Once I turned around they made it right a gave me a card for my next drink. Tried to use that card today and I was told it was no good. Lol I️ just got it from y’all Monday. Girl was rude and said I’ll buy it this time. Really!!! You screw up and it’s my fault.
I’ll be looking for another location in the am.
Y’all need to get your stuff together.

I'm not even going to explain what was wrong with my experience because everything was wrong. I'm probably not going to get Starbucks ever again after coming here.

Good service, however, it's a smaller location and therefore seating is limited so it may fall short of what one expects.

Starbucks are uniform. The difference between a poor, ok or good experience is the barista staff and the store's cleanliness. Tje staff here is nice amd responsive, but young. May explain the reason that the unisex bathrooms are dirty. 🤤

I go to this location maybe 2-3 times a week and I've never had a bad experience. Some days, when there's a line inside, it can take a wee bit for my drink to get made, but that's to be expected when demand is up and the number of drinks they can make at once stays the same. Staff is always friendly and knows their product well.

Arrived at 3:12 pm to order a green tea frapucchino. It was 3:33 pm and my order wasn't been served. Request my money back and left. First and last time to go to that branch.

Today was disgusting at this location that I go to every day to get my coffee. It's sad when you have a negative attitude towards customers because the order wasn't made correctly. As I said before, I hit this location every day and I have met a very friendly lady by the name of Angela who works there. Sadly, I didn't see her working. Instead I got some elderly, short lady who had an attitude when I simply asked if there was coconut milk in my coffee. She was nice enough to have it remade but still continued to have an attitude about it. I, myself work in fast food and I know how it can be when your drive thru line is long and busy. As she asked me to try the remade coffee, I did and as I try to let her know this was made perfectly, she slammed the window. I believe her name is KK. I don't know who is managing this location, but these people who have been hired recently really need to supervised and treat customers with respect. I pray to God I don't have this same experience with this lady next time I go.
