So, I ventured into Starbucks in 2521 SE Tualatin Valley Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
