I stopped going for some time because my order of a plain iced coffee with cream was so inconsistent each time I got it. Went back today and got an iced vanilla cold brew. It's like 85% cream. I don't taste the coffee at all. I'm not even sure it's the right order. Staff doesn't seem to stay long enough to learn how to make the drinks.
15 minutes to get a frapp is 12 minutes too long. Staff was too busy gossiping and cleaning to work on my order.
So this store doesn't show up on the app so I decided to call my order in..."hi I'd like to place an order to pick up" he goes "uh okay one second." the guy puts me on hold for 20 minutes, then hangs up on me....I call back and he goes "oh yeah we don't do over the phone orders." Seriously?! Why not just say that in the beginning. They always have the worst attitudes here.
Slowest staff ever. Line takes forever. The managers are rude and slow, the worst of them all. A couple people on staff try but they need to transfer somewhere else that can accept gift cards and make a drink in less than 6 minutes. Go to ascension across the parking lot
Very good service, just kinda hard to park.
Great coffee, nice location. But very little parking, and no free Wi-Fi! Also there is only seating for two people.
Starbucks at 400 Crescent Ct, Dallas, TX 75201, USA is a coffee lover's paradise. From the moment I stepped inside, the intoxicating aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans enveloped me. It was a sensory delight that set the stage for what turned out to be an exceptional coffee experience. I opted for their house blend, and I was blown away by the depth of flavor. The coffee had a perfect balance of brightness and richness, and it left a lingering, pleasant aftertaste. It was evident that the beans were sourced with care, and the barista's skill in brewing them was undeniable. The ambiance at Starbucks was equally impressive. The café was bathed in soft, natural light, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely morning coffee or a quiet afternoon of work. The minimalist décor and comfortable seating added to the overall charm. What truly stood out, though, was the friendly and attentive staff. The baristas were not only skilled in their craft but also passionate about coffee. They were more than happy to chat about the different brewing methods, offer recommendations, and even share anecdotes about the origins of the coffee beans. Starbucks is more than just a coffee shop; it's an experience. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or simply in search of a cozy, welcoming spot to enjoy a cup of joe, this place has you covered. It has earned a permanent spot on my list of favorite coffee spots, and I can't wait to return.
I walked into Starbucks at 400 Crescent Ct, Dallas, TX 75201, USA with low expectations, but boy, was I pleasantly surprised! Their espresso was like a caffeinated symphony in my mouth. The atmosphere felt like a warm hug on a chilly day, and the baristas were as friendly as your next-door neighbor. If you're in the area, don't miss this hidden gem.
My visit to Starbucks was a delightful surprise! The cold brew was incredibly smooth, and the minimalistic decor gave it a modern edge. It's a great place to relax with a book or catch up with friends over coffee.
I was unimpressed by Starbucks. The coffee was nothing special, and the ambiance was lackluster at the 400 Crescent Ct, Dallas, TX 75201, USA location. I won't be recommending it to anyone.
