Great baristas and sitting areas! Love everything about this Starbucks except their backed up drive through line in busy times, it locks down the parking lot and extends onto the frontage road.

The wait is always long and the customer service has went down hill. I used to really enjoy this Starbucks but now, I will go out of my way to find another one. Even with the mobile app, the wait time is 15 minutes. I wouldnt mind waiting if the customer service was better.

Just moved to the area and had been going to Starbucks daily for years in garland. This location is closest to my home so I have been coming to this one daily for the last 3 months and each time I come in I don't receive the customer service I expect from Starbucks employees. No one greets you, when ordering it's "what are you getting today" not "hey how are you, what can we make you today?" No smiles and no personalities. This location is not welcoming and has a bland atmosphere. The lines are long inside and in drive-thru and the baristas are slow and not focused. I understand if there are lines and the baristas are on it but they all don't seem motivated except a small few that are usually in drive-thru. My wife managed a Starbucks for years and her DM or RM would be furious if they ever came in and saw what we see Every time we come in. Both her and I come to Starbucks for the whole experience not just the coffee.

The attitude of the employees is terrible, they attempt to tell you you're wrong about qhat your ordering and that it's called something different then it is even though, I get the same thing at every starbucks and through the app. The past couple of times they haven't given us decaf as requested, and blatantly lie, with an attitude, when you ask, "are your sure that's decaf?" Absolutely ridiculous here.

I stopped at this Starbucks this morning and Jose was working. He was so nice and cheery! It's hard to find good customer service these days so it was very refreshing! Thanks Jose! Ou made my day brighter!!

I went into this location around 2pm yesterday with my mom to grab a coffee before needing to go down the street to pick up my car. The problem all started with the cashier working at the time that we were in there. We ordered our drinks and my mom picked a snack, but when it was time for me to pay, he was really struggling. I had exactly $5.91 on my Starbucks app that I wanted to use toward the bill and then I wanted to charge the remaining balance to my credit card. The cashier told me it would be better to take $5 from my credit card and to transfer it to my Starbucks app. Well, I inserted my card for the transfer that he recommended and then when he went to scan my app to take payment, he told me that for some reason I had no money on my Starbucks app. Even with it in my hand it still only showed a balance of $5.91. I told him that it was okay, we could just scan for the $5.91 and do the rest on my credit card. He then tells me "can we just put it all on your card? Sorry, I have a line of people waiting"...... UMMMMMM...... We waited in line just like everyone else did SIR. Needless to say, I was over him and let him charge it all to my card. Of course, while we waited for OVER 10 minutes for 2 coffees, I checked my Starbucks app, and it showed me $10.91 was now on my card. This store was extremely UNDERSTAFFED and out of everything! I was told that if I wanted a grande cafe mocha that it would have to come in 2 different tall cups because they were out of the grande cups. When I asked for a venti cup not filled all the way, he told me "I really can't do that either".... Did I mention they were out of the sleeves and drink stoppers? Good thing my coffee wasn't full or else i would've been in trouble. I heard the lady working the drive thru telling customers that they were out of the white chocolate mochas and the vanilla syrup.... I mean geeeez. The lady who was making my drink was telling another barista that she was sorry but she had to leave soon because she had a party to go to...... Needless to say, I've been a cardholder with Starbucks for a few years and I know that for the quality of the coffee, it is NOT worth the money! I will not stop going to Starbucks once every few weeks, but I WILL be avoiding this hectic store!

Ordered a hazelnut Grande steamed milk at drive thru. Was 3/4 full at best. 11/20, 20:25.
