So I’ve been coming to this location since 2014 and it’s changed a lot over the years but it’s still the same old homey place to me and I get to work there now!
Seriously the worst customer service ever. The employees get mad at you when they get your drinks wrong. Even the managers got an attitude. I swear the customer service gets worse with every visit. Thankfully the food isn’t as bad as the customer service.
Please educate your staff on customer service. Went through the drive thru yesterday morning around 9am, when I got to the window the employee was too busy chatting with her co worker to even say a word to me. Handed her my payment, she still continued her conversation with the other staff. She finally hands me my drink, again never saying a word to me... barely even looked at me. No 'thank you' or 'have a great day' NOTHING. Geez Starbucks...I'm so sorry I interrupted your obviously so important conversation between your 2 staff....horrible customer service.
Definitely the worst service I've ever had at a Starbucks. The Batista at the counter was resting her arms over the register while asking me what I wanted without ever greeting me, and this was not at a busy time. On top of that, all I asked for was a grande cup of black coffee and it was burnt. A $3.00 burnt cup of coffee with bad service is not a good way to get my return service.
Starbucks is a coffee shop that defies expectations. Tucked away in 3965 Dowlen, Beaumont, Texas 77706, it's a little slice of coffee heaven that I'm glad I stumbled upon. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the rich aroma of freshly ground beans, and I knew I was in for a treat. I decided to try their specialty, a honey lavender latte. It was a revelation. The combination of floral notes from the lavender and the subtle sweetness of honey paired perfectly with the espresso. It was a flavor profile I had never experienced before, and I was pleasantly surprised. The interior of Starbucks is a blend of industrial chic and cozy comfort. Exposed pipes and metal accents give it an edgy feel, while plush leather couches invite you to sink in and stay awhile. It's the kind of place where you can lose track of time. But what truly sets Starbucks apart is its commitment to the community. They source their coffee beans locally, support local artists by displaying their artwork, and even host community events. It's a coffee shop that feels like a welcoming hub for the neighborhood. If you're looking for a coffee experience that goes beyond the ordinary, Starbucks is the place to be. It's a coffee shop with heart, where every cup is a work of art, and every visit feels like coming home.
So, I swung by Starbucks in 3965 Dowlen, Beaumont, Texas 77706, and let's just say it was an adventure. The coffee was average at best, and the tables were wobblier than a Jenga tower on its last legs. Maybe bring your DIY toolkit next time?
My visit to Starbucks was an unexpected delight. Situated in 3965 Dowlen, Beaumont, Texas 77706, this charming café offers a unique coffee experience. The iced Americano I ordered was crisp and invigorating, making it perfect for a warm day. The café's relaxed vibe and outdoor seating area create an inviting atmosphere. It's a spot worth discovering.
I had high hopes for Starbucks, but it fell short. The coffee tasted bitter, and the slow service at the 3965 Dowlen, Beaumont, Texas 77706 location left me frustrated. I'm uncertain if I'll return for another try.
My experience at Starbucks was a rollercoaster of flavors. The cold brew was bold and invigorating, but the pastry selection was disappointing. Ups and downs, but I'd come back for the coffee.
Starbucks is where coffee dreams come true! Located at 3965 Dowlen, Beaumont, Texas 77706, it's a coffee lover's paradise. The flat white I ordered was a velvety masterpiece, and I couldn't help but savor every sip. The café's vibe is a delightful blend of vintage and modern, with comfy armchairs and retro décor. Plus, the baristas treated me like an old friend. Don't miss out on this gem!
