I love Starbucks but it is really annoying when they are out of stuff just right now as I’m typing this I had to get a tall because they are out of lids??? Every time I come to this Starbucks they are always out of something! If your a busy location be prepared please!

There are several Starbucks that I go to throughout the month on my route to and from work and customers. I'm not sure the gentleman's name who has a ponytail and beard, but he usually runs the window is one of the nicest most friendly gentleman I have ever had the pleasure receiving a cup of coffee from. He always wishes me a safe and happy day. Oh and he knows his stuff great coffee recommendations.

Starbucks Forest Hill TX, young Asian female hollered at me stating, he will bro g your food to you when it's ready. I responded, "the cake is ready now. Can I get the pound cake?" She was walking past and had entered in the back before I could finish my response to your statement. The the young man getting the cake states, "I am trained to get your entire order and bring out to you." Then b...tch, Asian female sarcastically says, "maim , oh sorry sir." Does this with sacastic from. I SAID, "Maim" and point to her at the same time and walk off. It's not over.

I thought there was a zero star option because I am literally driving away as I am writing this comment. Who ever the people are at the drive thru are unprofessional, uneducated, incompetent just to say the least. I always go to Starbucks and order the medicine ball which is a tea with steamed lemonade, any other Starbucks, no problem my order gets done, since I am the customer and paying a lot of money for this. This Starbucks literally NEVER HAS ANYTHING. They said at the drive thru "hi may I take your order?" I said, "Yes, may I have a medicine ball?" The guys said, "that's not a menu item." I said " yeah it is, every other Starbucks ALWAYS makes it for me." And the a ride female comes in and says " it doesn't matter where you get it it's not a menu item." I said "well then how do I order it?" She said " through the app give us the recipe and we will do it." So I say, "oh I know the recipe it's a jade citrus m...." and without letting me finish the guy comes in again and says,
"We don't have it." At that point I get really angry and reply, "are you guys even a Starbucks?" And drive off.

I don't usually act like this but EVERYTIME I come to this location specifically they never have anything and their people are rude and uneducated. I worked at Starbucks as my first job and my trainer taught me that if I don't have or don't know how to make the drink, the customer always wins so I have to treat the customer as such. Really disappointed with this place. The corporation needs to change the management soon since I see I am not the only one complaining.

I just wanted to say thank you to Christy (the manager) for providing excellent customer service by following through and remaking the drinks that my husband and I had ordered from a previous visit that we had issues with. The new drinks were delicious! Thanks again to Christy and her Sunday Baristas for an awesome redeeming experience!

I walked in ready to order my $6 frappe, i walked up to the end of the bar ready to be greeted nicely!!! I say hello and the "barista" replies with fat i felt so offended IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS BADLY, but i still wanted my drink so i started to order and he said "for u fatty we're out" i was so mad i drove to another store and got a second drink to treat my rage

When I walked in there nice atmosphere workers very nice ordered right away was able to see them make my drink and took under 5mins

I love this location because tons of room. I only took one star off because your employees used to be much nicer, you really need to find better staff.

I love the coffee but the staff in this place are BEYOND rude. I don't understand how you could get someone's order wrong and be upset with them because it needs to be fixed. I won't be coming to this location anytime soon.

Worse customer service from all Starbucks around the metroplex! Specially in the morning👎🏼 thumbs down for this place. I've had a girl name Diana a few times. Rude rude! Not a single time has she been friendly or anywhere near friendly. People like her ruin your mornings. Spreading the word.

I love Starbucks. Except this one. The staff lacks friendliness and manners.
