Always a great place to sit and work. It's quiet, relaxed, and near Dell offices.

this place is always awesome, I just spoke to patience and she was very nice and informative about what I could order for a company event. Very polite as well. I typically stop here often to get coffee since it is on the way to work and they are always nice and I think they have only messed up once in the probably 100 times I have been there. I didn't complain because theres no reason when they have done real good. Also I read the other reviews who gives a low rating because it doesn't have fries? maybe they confused it with McDonalds.....

I normally love Starbucks but not this one. Poor service with a scowl from the barista that took my order that he proceeded to make wrong! Then, when I told them about the missing sweetner, another barista told me I wasn't supposed to order it that way... Hmm....
I go to around 8 different Starbucks in the Austin area and they always seem to get my order right. When they don't they always seem to fix it with a smile!

It's Starbucks, so pretty much like all the rest, as you'd expect, but these guys are generally very fast and have never messed up a drink...so that's a plus!

Good coffee as always. But this store is kind of small. Not much places to sit if they are busy. They have one large table, where a big group or several singles could sit and plug into outlets under the table. Then they have a couple two seaters in the store and a couple chairs. If it's nice, you can sit outside.

Employee made wrong drink and gave me the wrong bread, wanted pumpkin instead of banana, asked for non fat flat white, got spiced flat white. Didn't have time to complain but this never happens, I'll still be back and the food is good regardless just wanted something different.

The worst of all starbucks I've ever seen.
They mess the orders.
Chestnut praline latte tastes like pumpkin n cinnamon.
Vanilla late tastes like Spicey.
They don't even show courtesy to replace the coffee if it was wrongly made.
Consistently screwing the orders.

Long waits at drive-thru as they seem to be understaffed during rush hours. They also like to underfill drinks at this location. I've gotten talls with lots of whipped cream when I order grandes 😐
