They are quick and very pleasant at this location. The coffee and food are what you would expect from a Starbucks.

10 minutes till close and they have their drive through shut down, automatic message says we're closed even though people are inside and lights on, that's fine I've gone to other stores before closing (atleast 10 minutes, I'm not a total jerk) and have had that happen, but the cashier will quickly come over the intercom and take my order.... because they are still open. So I drive up and was going to politely ask and the cashiers were all hidden away from the window. Unprofessional.

This is the slowest damn Starbucks in all of the Austin area. I try to avoid this location every time I am in the mood for Starbucks.
Edit: this store opens at 5 a.m., but it is 5:52 a.m. and they are not open for some reason. Sure would be nice if we had a reliable Starbucks in the area.

Super quick service and super friendly. The wall art is also very pleasing to the eye. This one is a bit better than the rest!

Every time I mobile order, my food and drinks aren't ready and I have to get in line and order all over again while feeling like I'm held hostage because I've already paid. If I hadn't paid, I would have left, but since I paid, I wait and am always late to work or doctors appointments when this happens. When this happens, just give me the gift card for money off so I can leave, don't make me wait 20 min for it. I'd rather be at work on time and come back tomorrow. I usually order 20 min ahead of time and the app says it'll be ready in 3-5 min but most of the time they don't even know I've ordered

Great employees and good customer service. Drive they is normally the quickest route, even when the line is long!

They have a drive through. And even tho they are always busy, they move the lines really quick.

Horrible service.... got there waited a few minutes at the register and was never greeted. I sat down went back after a few minutes. Staff was too busy chatting with friends that were in lobby. Waited like 10 mins for a simple Americano. Their "friends" kept messing with register screen (they kept flipping screen) totally unprofessional (I hoped they worked there) if not manager should have done something about it. Place is super dirty. The reason I come here from time to time is because they close later than most Starbucks. Don't recommend this place.

I always order via the app, the drink quality varies wildly for the same order, sometimes deliciously sweet and tasty, other times very sparse on the requested sauces and syrups. Speedy service.

This Starbucks location is no longer my go to location, in fact I refuse to go to this location any more. This location has gone way down hill, extremely slow and poor customer service. I drive a little bit further to go to the one off 1825 in Pflugerville now, they have the best customer service and are much faster.

If you go here you should go to the drivethrough, it's like they don't care about the people inside. Everything still comes out good but it takes forever to get what you order

Worst location out of all the million Starbucks locations. They have people who hate customers working here. The black girl who works the window is so rude and nasty. Why is she working in a place that she hates and treats guest like they are total scum. She is a horrible person and I hope she finds happiness in her life.

It was busy, our drinks were received on good time. The staff is super friendly and polite. The floor needed a sweeping but really that was about it. I'll come back.
