It was really busy which is normal, but no one was calling out the names of the customers. They were just sitting the finished coffee on the counter. So everyone waiting was forced to go check the names on the cups themselves. Three people put their hands on my coffee before I could get to it. It's Flu season...... unacceptable.

We use to go there in summer, I like to sit outside, really nice view. awesome place.

Place was absolutely slammed with young athletes and others on a Saturday morning but staff remained professional and kept drinks and food orders coming out like an assembly line. No customers complained or had to wait excessively. I was impressed.

Once in a while you'll be stopped in your tracks with how thoughtful an employee can be. I was behind three soldiers (in uniform) in line. My brother-in-law served in the Army and I was getting ready to whip out my cash to offer to pay for theirs, but I was beat to the punch. The guys all gave their orders to the cashier and the cashier just shook his head and held his hand up. "I make drinks for a living. You guys put your lives on the line to allow people like me to be able to do this every day. Your money isn't any good here. Please, your coffees are on me and while you're at it, grab a donut, too--you guys deserve it." It got me misty-eyed. Sure, it's a small way to say thank you, but the smiles the soldiers gave showed just how appreciative they were.

Pretty nice people working there. I feel it's most of the time crowded but they will get your order in a good time.

It's Starbucks so nothing that special. It is a very well run Starbucks. It can get very busy during the morning rush so I recommend ordering via mobile app.

I appreciate the great job Starbucks does serving up quality coffee at scale. Are there occasional hiccups? Yes, how could there not be when taking care of that many people. But overall, the job they do is impressive. Food and drinks are of consistent quality, the locations are comfortable, and the staff is accommodating and friendly.

This is your standard Starbucks with great service and dependable quality of their drinks. This is a busy location because of it's proximity to so many office buildings. I have come here for meetings in the morning before work and it has always been nice.

I had patronized this store for years and experienced many good times with very good people. It is now remodeled and different but fantastic in every way. The people are the same and deliver the good times in life
Try the coffee and stay for the conversation.

Well located with ample car parking nearby even though the area gets a lot of traffic.
The interior is roomier than most other starbucks stores and has a larger seating capacity.
The staff and service is not great b u almost up to par.
Guess this is almost the best you can expect out of a starbucks store.

Really busy at lunchtime. Hard to find a seat if you're planning on hanging out for a while like i do. Nice work - orientated atmosphere though.

I was here on 12/08/2016. Poor staff seemed overwhelmed. They didn't have most of the ingredients for basic drinks (2% milk, salt for coco). Around 5:45 the delivery truck arrived and propped the door to the outside open to freeze us out. Not the staffs fault they did amazing under the circumstances.

Excellent layout and great team. My coffee and food always comes out fast.
