It's very convenient from the DoubleTree hotel. The only complaint is unless you're a college student, you don't have the opportunity to sit down and enjoy the store. I went several times in the 6 day business trip and there was never a place to sit. Other than that, it's a good store.

Everyone here is really nice! They forgot to put the toppings on our drinks and Jose helped us out and replaced it no questions asked. They are very understanding and work fast at this location. :)

First of all, I am one of the many regulars here. Second of all, I am beyond satisfied with the service I continue to receive at this location. Finding a coffee shop that is open until midnight is really important for a college student like myself, and late night studying becomes highly more enjoyable with the wonderful night staff here. I no longer go to Half Price or other Starbucks locations, because everyone at Campbell and 75 goes out of their way to make each of the customers feel at home.

I especially enjoy the charisma that the mustached employee brings to the environment. The way that he goes out of his way to smile at everyone, even the other employees, is indicative of the fact that everyone loves their job here and it shows. It shows in the way that the staff carefully caters to each of the customers; it shows in the way in which each drink is served with a friendly (and contagious) smile; it shows in the way in which regulars like myself keep coming back. I, myself, am especially particular about good customer service. I normally only leave reviews if my experience has been surprisingly pleasant or memorably horrible.

Through and through, the unparalleled customer service at this location never ceases to amaze me. Thank you for all the delicious drinks and unconditional customer care! Especially that mustache man—I don’t know how you do it every time you come into work, but you are doing the damn thing! If only caffeine worked as hard as you do to keep everything hunky-dory.

It was really busy when i atop by, but the baristas still handle to work efficiently and having a good attitude.

the evening staff very rude specially the guy with mustache, most time he is not wearing uniform so I think he is the shift manager. He refused to give me a cup of water once I step out the door at 10:56 PM after I made a purchase with about $11 and said "not anymore man" he did not even refuse it nicely. it is shame on Starbucks to have such a rude employee among their team.

Nice location. VERY busy, still a good place to meet clients or study. There are 6 tables (2 chairs each) and a bar (pictured) with over 12 seats. Parking can be tough, especially during the morning and lunch rush. Very nice staff! I have had many lovely conversations with the staff and manager.

If you want good cup of coffee Starbucks is the goto place. But this location has few things you need to know. If you want to sit and work here you will be waiting as it's always busy mostly by college students and business people. If it's raining or cold you can sit outside either.
I would rate the staff 3 stars as not everyone is friendly. May be because it's a drive through store and gets traffic.
If you are a coffee drinker like me who drinks the drip you need to make sure you ask for fresh batch else you will be really unhappy.
Overall the store has impressed me since they made changes.

By far the fastest Starbucks around. Always busy also at fresh, we like this location. Super organized and staff seams nice.

By far the BEST Starbucks still in existence. Awesome staff that actually make consistent coffees. I have gotten the same coffee three times now....and it has tasted the same each time! They accidentally messed up my order on one visit, but promptly corrected it without any hassle or attitude. Great WiFi at this location for doing a little remote work too. Nice outdoor seating space.
