This is my local Starbucks shop. I've had terrific and less-than-terrific experiences here over the last 5+ years, as I imagine any Starbucks regular can appreciate. One positive: they do great about prompt prep of mobile orders. One negative: the parking situation is quite hairy. Most the time you have no option but to park in the adjacent lot and hope the liquor store doesn't exercise their right to tow.

Crew is great to interact with. Parking is ridiculous but I blame that on whoever planned the site.

Extremely Courteous & quick at getting the orders out. Between 9am to 10am is very busy. Just have Patience they got you.

Great coffee. You just cant find any better. The store needs better parking bc its always a busy place. The store is very clean. They have really excellent desserts. The restrooms are clean and kept up.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to in the Dallas area especially in the downtown Dallas area. The staff here recognizes most of their regulars and treats us as family. They are especially good at recommending unique ways of making coffee in different ways. I value the staff here and the way they treat their customers.

They need to be quicker and they should recieve training from the staff at the Knox street location
