A delightful experience at Starbucks this morning. I decided to spend a few hours reading and got a hot Pumpkin Spice Latte. The store manager Raegan Aries- Maddox took my order and asked me if I would like a Pumpkin Bread with my PSL. ;) of course I said yes, her sweet attitude and helpfulness in awesome customer service easily made me write this 5 star review. It was 5 star service at this Starbucks!

By far the best location in Starbucks! Everyone is always friendly and my order is always right. But the shining star at this location is Connie! She puts a smile on my face every morning with her upbeat personality, I will drive out of my way just to visit this location!

I ordered just a tea. Never heard them call my name, it just sat there a good five minutes.
Also, there is not enough parking.

One of the nicer Starbucks in Plano. Limited seating was increased by redesign of interior this year, including a new long table with seating on both sides and a long table adjoining front windows ideal for laptop use. Several smaller tables and an area with four padded chairs for relaxing and chatting. Tends to be clean, including the unisex bathrooms. Friendly staff with prompt service. Drive-through is usually busy with only one or two cars except during morning rush.

Good Starbucks location with drive through and smaller dine-in area. Inside and outside seating available. Mostly clean with 2 bathrooms, leather chairs, stools, and regular tables. Drive through is fast and easy to get through coming from the east, south, or north. From the west it is better to turn into the parking lot 100 yards earlier as all the lots are connected.

The staff are always so friendly here and they make the drinks better than some other locations. This is my goto location despite there being a closer one to me because of that.

Starbucks is always a good place to meet a client, or co-worker. Great atmosphere and hot drinks when it's cold outside.

Saturday at 12 pm. Most indifferent crew I've ever seen. Five minutes to be noticed waiting to give order. They take my name but don't call when the order is ready. Next time I'll go to the donut store across the street for coffee.

I've always had good service here. Drive thru. Decent seating but not the most comfy
