I've had Starbucks from Florida to Illinois and all over Texas. This place raped my frappe and put some pathetic looking whipped cream on it. Worst taste and even saw a lady rinse her hands into the sink filling a coffee jar. Disgusting

Crazy busy but we still found a table easily and the store was clean. Friendly service

Worst Starbucks! Always making mistakes and then having to redo everything. It’s seems like the printer needs attention or more training is needed. Wait period is about 30+ minutes. I had to get a refund 2 times already in only month gap.
The staff is nice and handles the complaints well. Always smiling and trying to be friendly. I always give them full respect because it is a stressful situation.

Be careful of this one if you mobile order. Staff doesn't really like to read your instructions. And they are rude when you point out they got it wrong. And this one doesn't like to keep things in stock. Dropping to one star

Great coffee until this last week. Fast service until rhe last 2 weeks. Staff overburden and need more help. Cashiers too new to great dri ks in computer correctly.

Good Starbucks, nice inside. Good environment for meet-ups or to get some work done out of the home office. They make Starbucks coffee so take that as you will. Overall, clean location. Never problems.

Ordered ice green tea. Paid for it waited 15 min to find out they ran out of green tea, was told to wait for more tea settled for another tea. They're unorganized, not staffed properly, they grab you money upfront therefore you screwed, if they do not have what you ordered.

Newly remodeled location. Very clean and staff is really friendly. The wait is always a bit more than expected for Starbucks but besides that, a good location.

Everytime I have been to this starbucks, there was always great service, a clean place, and a great location to chat and hang out with pals. The drinks are overpriced, but that's starbucks.

Be prepared to wait, even if there is only a handful of people and it is not busy. The baristas have never heard of the word hustle, they just take their sweet time no matter how busy or slow it is, they are too busy having a conversation to bother with you order in a timely manner. Seriously 10 minutes for a simple latte.... Will be going out of my way to go to another Starbucks if ever at all again.

I'm going be honest, the new cashier (latina looking girl with ombre hair, black and brown, kinda new, maybe on training, her name started with a y and 3 or 4 letters name, didn't get her name) was a little rude interrupting me when I was trying to explain how I wanted my drink. Yes she knows more about the types of coffees, but you do not interrupt your customers when they're talking, that's just rude. Even with the previous customers before me, I could see how she was giving a plain arrogant customer service. The white gentleman tall, white thin was was and kind same as the barista.
