I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. The drive thru line is always prompt whether they are slow or experiencing a rush. The staff is always friendly and polite. My orders are always fulfilled correctly.

Ever since they got new management this location has easily turned into the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. I arrived there at 5:10 PM, and I was only second in line. I waited two minutes before they even took my order. There was literally one car in front of me, and I waited until 5:25. That car still hadn't received their order. So I left. They were not busy at all, especially for this location, (the parking lot was maybe halfway full). I ended up being late for my evening class because I waited for so long. For me, this was the final straw, and I will not be going to this location ever again. I will drive out of the way to the cafe store on University, because that will be faster than the drive thru on 288.

The customer service is great here but it can't make up for the terribly designed parking lot and the extremely slow turnaround time for the drive through. The drive through line is non existent so you are at the mercy of the mob. One day it might go around the parking lot and the next it pulls up through the mall parking lot. And IF you are lucky enough to get into the drive through line you then get to sit there for at least 15 min while the baristas make you the slowest cup of coffee ever.

Went inside for a peppermint mocha before an appointment. Spent 10 minutes waiting, no coffee. Had to leave to keep my appointment without coffee or a refund. This was not a good day or time for this Starbucks.

This is a very busy Starbucks at times which is understood that customer service suffers. But even during slow hours it's bad. Prepare to wait on mobile orders, no matter how busy the store is. Certain staff members are rude to customers. I rarely have a bad experience at Starbucks, it's common at this location

My visit was okay. They had made my beverage wrong and they were short staffed. When the lady finally asked why I was still st the pickup area and I said my beverage was wrong. All she said was "ok"...no apology. As someone who works in fast food and this was kinda poor service.

Messed up orders couple of times, and staffs were very rude every time I went there. last time when I went there, the girl who had short and green hair didn't smile at all when she's getting order. And when I asked for more ice, she didn't even say anything, just grabbed my cup and made face when gave it back to me. I felt disrespected because it wasn't even busy at all. Now I start going university one. Not here

I'm not usually one to make a fuss, but my experience at this Starbucks was very frustrating. Being the only person in line inside the store and just ordering a simple iced green tea I expected my order to be fulfilled quickly. After over 10 minutes of standing by the counter waiting and being ignored by all four staff members behind the counter someone finally asked what I was waiting for. The staff member was not necessarily rude, but definitely was not kind. She made my drink with hardly a word and slid it across the counter. On top of that, my drink was sub par. Very disappointing, especially considering the prices.

Staff is great, quick service, clean environment. Would rate 5 stars except : There are only 4 soft/padded chairs. I'm not ancient but have a bad back so padded chairs are always on my wish list. There's a sizeable, mostly shaded patio, that's great when the temperatures are moderate. Nice place. Right next to the mall.

Pretty fast through the drive-thru but typically there are long lines like your normal Starbucks.

This is consistently the busiest Starbucks I have ever seen. You often can't even pull into the parking lot due to the drive thru wrapping all the way into the mall service road. If you park and walk in, it often takes 10 min to get your drink. If you are going to the drive thru, make sure you have 20-30 min to sit there in idle.

See lots of reviews and bad ratings over how busy it is... That just means its a good location and great service! (Also I have NEVER been to an unbusy Starbucks) As for it being busy just get the app order before you get there. It works because I never wait and I come about 4 times a week.

Tonight (11/6) Some guy took my drink by mistake and for having to wait they upgraded my drink to a venti. That was not even their fault and I did not expect any kind of upgrade. Super nice and helpful when I have questions about menu. Good job starbucks on 288 :)
