I rarely post reviews, but I’ll take the time to when I have a really bad experience or in this case a great one. You can really note the difference in service at this location. The manager has the best crew, always very attentive and cordial. Today in specific, I asked if they had a breakfast sandwich. She replied affirming she did. Later, not only apologized for not having the breakfast sandwich but said the next sandwich was on them. For this very reason, I stopped going to the location on Beltline/Coit because they constantly got my order wrong and didn’t seem apologetic. I am glad I brought my business to this location.

Great location, at certain times.

The morning crew is always on their game, very fast and very polite. Have never gotten my order wrong and they always make you feel welcomed. 5/5

The afternoon crew however is a different story. While I generally do have a good experience, a few times I've been here in the afternoon there's usually an issue. Either my order is wrong or they take too long. Last visit I came in to get 2 drinks and it took about 20min. So they get a 3/5

This is one of the best locations I have been to. I think their customer service is head and shoulders above the rest. I have seen them go above and beyond to take care of people.

Tis the season to eat pumpkin! I had the pumpkin spice frap & pumpkin cheesecake bar. Both good. As usual the staff was courteous and accomdating.

Mobile App Ordering is destroying this place. And maybe others too. I walk in and place an order and wait 20 minutes before I am served! This is simply ridiculous. I see mobile app orders trickling in throughout and always getting prioritized above the physical order in-store. Isn't this simply ridiculous? I mean come on Starbucks. What is the value system here? That it is okay to assume that people who order in-store can wait longer? And that the mobile orders are somehow more urgent?

This is my regular run before work for the most part if budget allows. Normally great place to stop in the morning. Only ever had a few not quite right drinks in the 5 years I'd lived around it. Good spot to stop if it's on your way to work or where ever.

The drive thru line has become a menace. Once you're in it you can't get out. But we like the rewards program. The mobile orderings are still having problems tho

I was having trouble connecting to their wifi. It was not a problem with their connection but with my computer. The Shift Manger Chris set down with me to try to help when he couldn't get it to work he sent a another employee over to help me. These people made me feel wanted as a customer and went above and beyond the call to help me. 110% on customer service. Kind and sweet people. Kristi H

Good and fast service. My special drink was made properly. Good atmosphere. It was just kind of hard to get to. Little noisy. But it was very busy.

I just went under and asked them to fix another store's drink (the first store did not have all the ingredients in stock). Hunter was more than accommodating, putting his personal touch on my visit making me feel like a truly valued, individual customer. Good service is hard to find these days, but Hunter knows how to deliver an extraordinary custom experience. This is the type of service that every store should try and deliver to maintain the reputation of their brand and keep loyal customers.

Nice location, but no drive through, if I recall.
The only reason I ever go to Starbucks is for their Frappuccinos.
Everything is overpriced.
Again, though, nice environment.

Service seemed to be pretty good. Had no problems with the wifi. Not a whole lot of room though, and seems to get crowded and occationally noisy during the day. Not recommended for studying.
