My mobile order is ALWAYS wrong. This Starbucks is conveniently located by my job, and I really do not want to go out of my way to other locations but I may be forced to at this point. The only reason I gave one star is because of the one time I found enough time to call and complain the manager freely gave me a complimentary drink. But I can't do this every single day. I've been going to this Starbucks for the past 2 months and I can probably count on one hand how many times my drink has been made correctly, and one of those times was the free drink the manager Michaela made herself. HORRIBLE! And the staff moves so slow in there, like they have no care in the world or that they aren't mostly servicing working people who are looking to get in and out quickly. I think they all need more training all around.

Good selection of sweets . i like the double chocolate brownies. About 2.30 each. Kinda high but i use a gift card . nice walk in service.

Horrible service...takes them 30+ minutes to make orders.... very slow..4 out of 10 times i placed my order through the mobile app, i got wrong order or part of the order was never provided....i had to contact customer service about this location and all they did is give me $10 refund.... i dont need your $10 but i am better off now getting my coffee from other coffee shops.....THE WORST STARBUCKS BY LIGHT YEARS

Took a while for drinks to be made. But that's expected. It was kinda odd that the barista told me to be safe while eyeing down my husband. I'm smiling and holding his hand. Wasn't uncomfortable until that comment was made.

Good= My order is rarely wrong.

Bad= Employees are not enthusiastic; I'm sure there is a moral issue at this location.

Ok Starbucks. Not enough power sources and drinks are not made correctly (not paying attention). Nice staff though.

Been here several times since it's close to work. It's hard to park, especially during peak times when there's a long backup in the drive thru. Service is below average in terms of speed.

Awesome experience with the employees. Coffee came out exactly as I expected (s'mores frapp). So what got these stars was the friendliness. Thanks!

One of my favorite Starbucks! Location has a nice atmosphere with great staff. I study here frequently, can't say I have one complaint.

The service here has gotten worse each year I have stopped in. Plus, they can never hear you on their new speaker system in the drive thru and have messed up my order more often than getting it right the first time.

Drive thru service is quick and courteous. I come to this location on my way to work. Great drinks.
