So, I checked out Starbucks - Bissonet & Rice in 6600 S Rice Ave, Bellaire, Texas 77401, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.
