I got to sit here listening to employees gossip with friends loudly while one realized he had not clocked out. He proudly proclaimed to the place "my boss makes a dollar while I make a dime, that's why I poop on company time." Another behind the counter days "twice".
Made this specific visit a difficult to meet to discuss some work. I know that employees should have fun... The entire experience was just distracting and honestly annoying.

I love this place!! This is my favorite Starbucks by far! They always make my drinks right and in a timely manner. The guys are super nice!! Would totally recommend!!

Waited 17 minutes for my English Breakfast Tea latte which made us run late for my son's soccer game, so I couldn't try my extremely hot drink in the store. Got to the soccer fields and they left out the sweetener! I have never been to a Starbucks that was this disorganized and slow!

Good service, but can be slow if there are multiple orders. Also is located next to a Pokestop.

Wow, I just had the most amazing cup of coffee at Starbucks (Permanently Closed)! The ambiance was so cozy, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air. I couldn't get enough of their signature roast. The staff was friendly, and the 1004 Keller Pkwy #104, Keller, TX 76248, USA location was convenient for me.

I had high hopes for Starbucks (Permanently Closed), but it fell short of my expectations. The latte tasted burnt, and the barista seemed disinterested. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I stopped by Starbucks (Permanently Closed) for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line and disorganized service made it anything but quick. I waited for what felt like an eternity to get a simple latte. They need to work on their efficiency if they want to keep customers coming back.
